By booking a shipment or using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

AVEC Shipping & Cargo provides international and domestic courier and cargo booking, forwarding and delivery, using our own network and trusted partner carriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, DPEX and others).

2. Quotes & charges

Rates quoted are estimates based on the details you provide. Final charges are calculated on the actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher), dimensions, destination and any customs charges. We will confirm the final amount before dispatch where possible.

3. Delivery timelines

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries may be delayed by customs, weather, carrier or destination-country factors beyond our control.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate sender and receiver details.
Declare the contents and value truthfully.
Only send permitted goods — see our Prohibited & Restricted Items.
Pack items securely and provide any required documents (invoice, ID, prescription, etc.).

5. Prohibited items

Certain goods cannot be shipped. Sending prohibited items is at your own risk and may lead to seizure or legal action. See the Prohibited & Restricted Items page.

6. Customs, duties & taxes

Any import duties, taxes or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the sender or receiver, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited as per standard courier terms and the carrier's conditions. Transit insurance is available on request for valuable items. Claims are handled per our Refund & Claims Policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Cancellation

A booking may be cancelled before pickup/dispatch. Once a shipment has been forwarded to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
